Altura Custom Homes was founded by Jon Foster, a licensed general contractor based in Fairplay, Colorado. With a background in both customer service and construction, Jon is known for his strong work ethic, honest communication, and commitment to quality. Born and raised in the Midwest, he brings dependable, hands-on leadership to every project.
Now living at 10,800 feet, Jon understands the unique demands of mountain building — from extreme weather to site logistics — and uses that local knowledge to guide each home through every phase of the build. Serving Fairplay, Alma, Blue River, and Breckenridge, Jon is dedicated to helping clients create homes that are both beautiful and built to thrive in the Colorado mountains.
